Time for an update, I made a mistake again, and I thought you should be informed, so here we go…
Our strategy: Trade only 1 item (nothing else, so I don’t get influences I don’t need), I choose for Commodity: Eur/Usd
Simple reason, it’s volatile, very liquid, easy to trade 24/24, so I choose to trade the shortest way possible (60seconds)
Trading results:
So we started Monday with a very good and refreshed mindset.
20 trades resulted in: 10 wins / 2 Ties / 8 Loss –> 1,5% profit
Tuesday was literally a nightmare:
27 trades resulted in: 12 wins / 2 Ties / 13 loss –> -11% loss
Wednesday, time to refresh:
16 trades resulted in: 9 wins / 0 Ties / 7 loss –> 3% profit
Conclusion:
It appears that I trade better in the morning, from 9-13h (GMT) are most likely the most profitable for me. I also noticed that you better don’t trade when some news is about to come (that can influence your commodity), so no trading 15-10min before the news. Also times with low volatility are a pain to my wallet, so I have to pay attention to that!
Keeping the above things in mind, I will be a better trader (I guess)
